In India, Sanskrit makes a basic distinction between the traditions of Wisdom and the traditions of Knowledge. Indra, Varuna, Brihaspati Shukra Jupiter Venus Wisdom Divine and Sacred Knowledge Understanding Resurrectioon of Dead Magic (Powers) Cosmic Law Social Law Varuna Mitra Knowledge in India is Vida and linked closely with Veda. In the West, Shukra as Venus becomes a woman. The knolwedge and powers of Shukra become linked with Mercury (Budha in Sanskrit) = Hermes as Hermes Trismegistus. Hereby the realm of Knowledge and MAgic of the East becomes Wisdom in the West. In the Christian West this distinction eventually becomes a distinctions between Wisdom Knowledge Speculative Reason Practical Reason.
